Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Digital platform development in the region and budget management
  • Development and implementation of commercial policy and sales strategy
  • Competitor analysis
  • Ensuring growth of commercial indicators
  • Conducting negotiations at the level of top officials, establishing long-term relationships with key clients, attracting new clients in the field of industrial cargo
  • Attracting road carriers of non-metallic, bulk materials to the platform, audit of carriers

 

Requirements: 

  • Experience in senior positions in a large fuel and energy sector using attracted transport from 5 years
  • Successful experience in selling freight forwarding services to large and medium-sized clients in the transportation segments: bulk cargo, industrial cargo (building materials, rolled metal, chemicals, etc.) 
  • Experience in attracting and forwarding transport (dump trucks, on-Board "scows", awnings)
  • The ability and readiness to launch transportation alone or with a small team with the subsequent involvement of additional employees to increase the volume of transportation
