Sales and Marketing Assistant - French/European lagnuage

Job Description

We are proud to be recruiting for a French primarily or other European language speaking Sales and Marketing assistant to support our wider parent business. Working alongside our Franchise Sales Manager, Group Marketing Manager and Operations Director, and contribute to and balance time between supporting franchise business development activities, providing marketing support to existing franchise owners and supporting general business operations.

The responsibilities can be broken down as;

Business Development:

  • Updating CRM with prospects.
  • Deal with prospect enquiries; including first prospect calls, emails, etc.
  • Support in designing CRM mailers & automated emails, eshots, adverts, franchise brochures used to promote franchise sales
  • Research advertise platforms to promote franchise sales; including social media channels

Operational:

  • Support, organise and coordinate training activity and finalise agenda's
  • Support the induction process of new franchisees
  • Maintenance of the office directories

Marketing:

  • Point of contact for franchise marketing requests
  • Customising and publicising marketing material
  • Posting content on website and social media

Ideally you will have;

  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and reliable
  • Good Office 365 skills (intermediate Excel skills desirable)
  • CRM experience (desirable)
  • Speaking French (or German / Spanish / Italian) would be hugely beneficial.
