-Developing growth strategies and plans

-Writing Business Proposals

-Client Relationship Management

-Managing a team on a national level


-15 years + of experience in business development

-Business Development, Finance, Marketing degrees

-Good knowledge of ground handling services 

-Strong Leadership skills, Proven ability to negotiate

-Self motivation & motivate the team

-Experience working to and exceeding targets

-Fluent English

-Saudi National
