Country Manager - FMCG - KSA

Job Description

A leading FMCG company is hiring a Country Manager based in KSA for the strategic development of the company’s vision and growth and therefore responsible for leadership; achieve business objectives, delivering revenue and expansion of the brand, maintaining operation, profitability & people. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Manage full P&L

Full responsibility of budgeting and planning future organizational growth & development. 

Drive value added marketing programs to improve sales and achieve corporate goals. 

Full responsibility of Health & Safety of the company & its brand value. 

Commercially very strong, understanding acquisition of new brands and mergers. 

Minimum 10 years of experience, out of which 5 years in a management role. 

Senior Management experience, direct reporting to the Head of Business.

Degree in Business related field, Master's in Management & Administration, previous strong Sales & marketing background in FMCG preferred.

Candidate should be based in KSA, with a minimum 5 years of experience in a senior level role in FMCG.
