Specialism  Account Management/ Customer Relationship/ Sales
Full Description  Deliver the contract / business as usual (BAU) including revenue, Average Selling Price (ASP), cash collection and add-on’s.
Protect acquired customer base by securing customer loyalty.
Own and prepare the budget and revenue forecast (ensuring forecast accuracy).
Develop intimate knowledge of customer’s operational environment and build strong relationships, including opening doors for new business opportunities when possible or needed.
Contribute to/own Account Plan and Service Management Plan as required.
Negotiate contract change requests within or outside of the contract.
Align customer to product roadmap including driving product migrations.
Drive internal review meetings, steerco’s and project reviews.
Manage Account information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System where necessary.
Contribute actively as part of a sales team which may include Strategic Sales, Subject Matter Expert and Global Account Managers.
Comply with customer quality systems, health and safety laws and company code of conduct.
Comply with the use and integration of company standard tools and processes.
Experience 5 years in Sales/ Customer facing Project Management Roles.
Summary Description Experienced Account Service Manager required for a leading IT company.  Must have relevant experiences in dealing with customers and managing accounts. Should have excellent interpersonal skills, with an apetite for Strategic Management activties.
