National Sales Manager (Saudi Nationality ONLY)

Job Description

Role: National Sales Manager (Saudi Nationality ONLY)- Based in Riyadh

Reports to: General Manager

Main Purpose of Role:

A great opportunity for Saudi national to Lead the sales and merchandising team in KSA. Based In Riyadh,the National Sales Manager is fully responsible for achieving the sales targets in Saudi while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and society.

Key Accountabilities and Business Priorities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
  • Manage and develop the relation with agents and the distributors.
  • Lead the sales team in Saudi (Branch managers, supervisors, salesmen and merchandisers) to best achieve the company’s targets
  • Lead his team’s development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances.
  • Weekly visits to all his areas and markets
  • Follow up on the cash collection with the regional accountant and supervisors.
  • Control and navigate the operating costs of the region (Route by Route, activity by activity)
  • Sign the rental and discount agreement with customers following company policy.
  • Safeguard the company’s assets and develop tracking tools for those (vans, fridges, buildings, crates, HHT, cars)

Work Conditions:

  •          Field work 60% of the time
  •          Tough competition with high pressure on results

Essential Knowledge/ Experience:

  •           Saudi Nationals ONLY will be considered for this role.
  • ​          Willing to relocate to Riyadh
  •           University graduate at least (BA in business administration, marketing or another related field)
  •          Minimum experience of 6 years in sales with a very strong track of records
  •          People management experience
  •          English and Arabic literate
  •          Driving license
