Job Description


  • Devise eCommerce growth strategy and deliver the strategic initiatives related to the eCommerce operations and the channel performance
  • Manage the creation of various digital collaterals – mailers, display ads, internal newsletters, email campaigns, etc.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns with clear measurable ROI- SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Full responsibility for the eCommerce P&L
  • Lead the growth of the e-commerce function for the marketing domain
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitors' strategy to ensure eCommerce roadmap stays up to date on technological advancement


Position requires:


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in an E-Commerce function
  • 360˚ marketing skills and experience, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing and Communications, E-Commerce, Events Management
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools 
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Significant knowledge and understanding of omnichannel marketing process and tactics
  • Experience in brand management and marketing sub-brands 
  • Have a strategic mindset with a desire to be hands-on and operational
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen to implement significant yet realistic performance improvements
