Trade Marketing Manager- World Famous Cosmetic Company

- Understand the market and consumer needs based on the findings from current CRM data, as well as experience from field;

- Support the strategic objectives and be clear about the KPIs

- Design 360 approach BTL plan with consideration of customer purchase behavior, communication mix, and visibility of brand;

- Contribute innovations and propose new trade marketing activities based on counter performance;

- Regular visit trade partners to gain maximum support

- Motivate field sales from counter manager to BA;

- Coordinate CRM and training to support sales growth;

- Monitor and supervise the execution of each trade activity;

- Communicate with region team for supporting and updating;

- Regular review for further improvement.



- With the vision for strategic planning, but also can hands-on for daily operation work;

- Very good communicator, and able to create good relations internally ,as well as externally;

- Analytical skills on the level of project KPIs evaluation;

- Ability to work independently as well as in teams;

- Pro-active to the challenge and passionate to the work;

- Fluent in English and Mandarin, oral and written;

- Proficient skill on Office, especially on Excel;
