基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

· Drive for Cake Business Results
o   Develop Cake plan/calendar with integration to shop calendar.
o   Support Shop team to achieve annual targets (both sales and margin) on cake business, new product launches and shop support programs.

· Develop Strategy
o   Develop new platform strategy (shop model mix, product mix, innovation, expansion plan)
o   Execution

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力:  Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

· Education:  Bachelor Degree + (MBA a plus)
· Working Experience:   Around 5 years in Multinational Company in FMCG / Restaurant Industry
· Capabilities:         
o   Restaurant Marketing Experience (e.g. Pizza Hut, Starbucks)
o   Brand Management in FMCG Category in multinational brand-driven companies.
o   Experience in both Brand Building and Brand Development.
o   Good research background
o   Project Management – lead cross functional team
o   Fluent in English communication
