1. Planning / developing / executing various roadshow activities and programs to align with brand and trade marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Work closely with the regional trade marketing team, sales team and execution agencies to ensure the efficient implementation of the roadshow programs with close monitoring and tracking.
3. Develop KPIs and tracking mechanism to measure & enhance effectiveness of different roadshow programs
4. Work efficiently with MKT team and advertising agencies to develop merchandising tools for different roadshows, make sure the right & consistent brand image communication and execution convience
5. Support bottom-up budget proposals, supervise the execution
6. Continuously optimize the roadshow programs and improving ROI.
7. Efficiently manage A&P to deliver maxium results within budget
1. More than 3 years of trade marketing / marketing experience in FMCG companies, event and roadshwo experience will be plus
2. Experience in merchandising and sales, KA/customer management, channel development, brand management knowledge, consumer insight, experience is preferred
