Job Description

Specialist Parts logistics  零件物流专员
1. Importation & logistic coordination
Coordinate with vendor, import / export agent and logistic supplier to track parts shipment status;
Provide parts information or related paperwork to import agent for Customs clearance;
Application and monitor of import licenses such as AIP and CCC;
Updating and maintainance import relevant documents and parts data;
Prompt Handling and effective solving problems during clearance and Commodity inspection;
Parts purchase variance and inventory adjustment report;
Damage parts write-off report and scrapping arrangement;
Managing exchange return parts from dealers and arrange scrapping for return parts;
Monitor and support parts scrapping on site;
Parts purchase invoice reviewing and payment to vendors;
Warehouse stock take arrangement and report;
Support to dealers on parts logistic side;
Generation of monthly logistic report on parts purchase leadtime report and on time delivery report;
Generation of monthly transportation report and logistic cost analysis, warehouse KPI report and management report logistic section;
Support other departments on importation or logistics
2. Parts supply chain management & optimization
Analysis import agent KPI report to improve Customs clearance procedure;
Analysis of supplier operation error to reduce parts discrepancy and damage;
Warehouse space utilization, storing structure, operation procedure and housekeeping monitor;
Improvement of Parts shipment package such as IPPC pallet or fragile parts package;
Regular clear for obsolete parts,expired parts or other special requirements;
Analysis of Parts purchase leadtime and on time delivery report to reduce parts delivery leadtime and improve delivery quality;
Analysis of parts logistic survey dealer feedback to improvement parts delivery to requirement
Optimize current distribution route and make proposal of new route for incoming dealers
3. Parts internal process establishment
Study on parts department internal process, establishment of standard process structure;
Generation and update of parts process guideline documents;
Support on archiving of internal process;
File documents of daily operation and application for auditing issues
4. Logistic suppliers management
Establishment of KPI report system for suppliers;
Enable and develop suppliers for their proper operation;
Monitor performance of suppiliers and feed back improvement measures;
Regular visit or meeting with suppliers for trouble-shooting and procedure improvement;
Logistic service charges review and payment to suppliers;
Logistic service contract review and extention
5. Legal Compliance to logistic issues
Ensuring legal operation and qualification to import/export shipments;
Quotation and record in advance to Purchasing department for logistic payment adjustment or any other logistic relevant expense.
