Job Description

§  Formulate marketing strategy according to company strategy, lead and supervise the implementation of marketing action plan or initiatives

§  Based upon the annual business plan, lead and supervise the preparation and organization for the marketing exhibitions globally

§  According to the new product development strategy, lead the  new product launch marketing process to ensure market awareness

§  Formulate PR and communication key initiatives and actions, supervise the implementations to establish and maintain good public and media relationships

§  Conduct the advertising planning according to the company business plan and marketing strategy to effectively promote the brand and generate business opportunities

§  Lead, manage and coach team members to enhance the team capabilities and performance
