· Develop & implementation of Marketing plan in Retail Channel - including campaigns, annual Distributor Conference, Opening Ceremony, events & road-show, Retail promotion, Visual Merchandising, with 3rd parties
· Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented
· Printing materials developing.
· Trade Show, Road Show organizing and on-site operation in industry Trade Show and key cities.
· New Advertisement and Sponsorship program initiating.
Qualification and relevant experience
· At least 5 years PR & Events marketing background in retail / FMCG industry with product and promotion experience with complex exposure in different industries/products, PR agency experience is preferable.
· Able to switch between strategic analysis and planning and practical implementation with ease.
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese as well as interpersonal skill to work cross- functionally and cross-area.
