Job Description

Position: HR Generalist
Location: Shanghai

·Develop and manage various recruiting channels to fulfill the recruitment needs within the schedule and budget;
·Maintain HR information and ensure the information is updated in a timely manner and correct;
·Assist to administer HR policies and processes fairly and uniformly. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; 
·Manage all staff’s employment contract renewal and filling;
·Handling staff’s on board and off board procedures;
·Assisting staff’s probation review and annual performance review;
·Updating and monitoring staffs’ actual Annual leave balance and attendance report;
·Assisting staff’s business visa application;
·Issue all kinds of employment certificates;
·Handling government registration regard HR function;
·Assist staff’s training program and benefit activities like outing, annual medical check etc.;
·Other HR tasks may assign by superior and above tasks are Involved in the Coherent China national scope.

·Bachelor Degree, major in HR management is preferred
·Minimum 2 years work experience in HR Generalist activities
·Fluent in English (reading and written) and Mandarin
·Good MS Office skills. Ability to generate/develop reports
·Good communication skills
·Good team player
·Strong sense of responsibility, positive, self-motivated
