Job Description

Main tasks of function:
Ø Overall responsibility of:
ü  Dynamics CRM and other sales systems IT administration
ü  Service Portal and other aftersales systems IT administration
ü  eShop IT administration
ü  BC GlobaleCube (Sharepoint) IT administration
Ø  Overall tasks:
ü  Monitor and maintain Applications in responsibility area
ü  Support sales and aftersales users (1st level application service desk)
ü  Link to BCAG 2nd level application service desk
ü  Train users
ü  Building up documentation and maintain it

Ø  4 years experience in responsibility area
Ø  Experience in sales or aftersales processes and/or systems
Ø  Experience with M&A activities in responsibility area (ideally)
Ø  Experience with companies in change process (ideally)

Language/Culture Skills:
Ø  English (very good knowledge)
Ø  Chinese (very good skills)
Ø  Preferably also Korean or Japanese
Ø  Cultural skills

Special requirements:
Ø  Ability to describe and manage complex global projects
Ø  Driving change towards stability, reliability, innovation, renewal
Ø  Work in a structured way
Ø  Delivery orientation
Ø  Strong analytical skills and intercultural skills
Ø  Ability to work in international and virtual teams
Ø  Travelling availability on project basis (max. 10%)
