Position: Key Account Manager
Report to: Sales Director
•Effectively manage assigned key account customers’ relationships. Present to customers total solution and maximize value delivery.
•Retain existing key accounts. Look for more business opportunities from potential and current accounts to achieve annual sales and profit budget.
•Strengthen partnership with existing key accounts, creatively sell products and services to the key accounts by leveraging solution and services.
•Collect customer insights. Identify key accounts’ other needs which can be met. Assist in driving future innovation acceleration developments.
•Merchandize core value creation to promote key accounts’ acceptance. Perform as the key account communication ambassador
•Keep informed on key accounts’ personnel and policy changes. Analyze the influence of the changes and deliver that information to relative associates.
•Effectively coordinate products application, blueprint trial, on-site survey, new branch launch, contract sign and implementation, price adjustment, etc.
•Provide the highest standard of service to key accounts, merchandise our service; interpret key accounts of their requirements by regular service review; positively assist other business teams in introducing product and service among existing key accounts.
•Expand target account list, submit various management reports on time.
•Establish, implement and develop sales strategy.
•Follow company policies; negotiate profitable cooperation agreement with key account, ensure new agreement have no damage to the former price.
•Provide trainings on how to give key accounts more effective service to sales force.
•Bachelor or above degree. MBA is preferred.
•8 years sales and account management experience with a multinational corporations.
•Good team player, good at project management, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
•Demonstrated ability to develop and implement key accounts sales programs.
•With basic finance / accounting knowledge. Ability in setting price and understanding the importance of price items in contract, basic ability in risk management and cost control.
•Fluent English both in oral & written, excellent negotiation skills.
