Job Description

Main Responsibility Areas

  • Identifying and using a mix of ATL, BTL to improve brand equity
  • Formulate and develop marketing plan and strategies development to support business growth objectives and to drive traffic to stores
  • Develop advertising, press release and all promotion materials, including translation and copywriting
  • Work out and carry out the market research project, make the report
  • Make the yearly marketing promotion plan
  • Liaise and communicate with sales and retail team to ensure the smooth implementation of promotions
  • Establish and maintain Marcom budget
  • Marketing information system, customer contact database create, update and management
  • Monitor A&P expenditure constantly and ensure this under control
  • Manage consumer loyalty program

General Purpose of the Job

  • Strategize and execute above and below the line campaigns for brand building
  • Identify and develop working relationships with agencies (Creative, Media and PR)
  • Lead in joint planning and execution with Product and Sales team on annual marketing plan.
  • Initiate and improve on tracking improvement in brand equity

  • Be innovative, independent and with strong fashion and marketing sense
  • Solid exposure with PR agencies/production house/media/press
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in both Chinese and English
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and self-motivated
  • Work independent


  • University degree, major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related subjects will be a plus

Needed Work Experience

  • Around 10 years related working experience
  • Tennis lover or gym lover will be a plus
