Operation Brand Manager

Job Description

Job Purpose

To take ownership of a selection of  Fragrance and Personal Care brands to lead the overall management of them from the concept research phase, through to production, development of launch plans through and working with sales team to ensure ongoing sell through. 

The job holder shall be responsible for the P&L of the brand.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Prior experience working with companies with sophisticated marketing programs.

·         Very driven and energetic.

  • Should have strong financial acumen and be comfortable with building & managing P&L’s.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of brands.
  • Keen marketing sense and experience of conduction marketing campaigns.
  • Able to deal with a large number of SKU’s and product categories.
  • Self-starter who is able to work without supervision. Must be very pro-active.
  • Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator.
  • Shown ability to develop integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Must have shown collaborative nature, and ability to work with multiple differing departments.
  • Thrives under pressure.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial acumen essential.
  • Result orientated and driven with a track record for delivering to plan.

Clear and logical thinker with a strong numeric ability, supported by an analytical mind.
