Job Description

For our local team in Bulgaria we are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic specialist to fill in the position of:



• Performing market research and analyzing data on industry/sector basis
• Updating company database – clients and candidates files
• Actively assisting company’s marketing policy
• Initiating, organizing and participating in meetings, presentations, negotiations with potential clients
• Interacting with internationally based colleagues from the Global Network
• Enhancing relationships with the existing key clients
• Search, contact and evaluate potential candidates in the pre-screening phase 
• Recruitment processes full management – search, interviews, reports
• Working on candidates’ profiles and organizing tests, assignments, travels, etc.
• Effecting everyday business activities – technically and organizationally


- Graduate calibre
- Sales or marketing experience, Recruitment, Business management (at least 2-3 years)
- Pro-active and organised
- Able to motivate oneself without the need of micro-management
- Excellent communication skills, presentation and telephone manner
- Recruitment knowledge will be appreciated
- Experience working to deadlines and targets
- IT-literate
- Proficient Business English
- readiness to excel on high speed and training in the field
