HR MANAGER
For one of our clients - Completions Development S.a r.l. - Bulgaria Branch, we are URGENTLY looking for an HR MANAGER (generalist)


RESPONSIBILITES

• Preparation and analysis of annual HR budget;
• Maintaining HR records, development and registration of employment contracts and agreements, the formation of personal files of employees;
• Search for personnel to fill vacancies and create a succession pool;
• Formation of documentation package for obtaining work permits for foreign specialists;
• Regular reporting and subsequent review on labor indicators.


REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years in a similar position with mandatory experience in the legalization of foreign personnel;
• Higher education (Bs / BSc);
• Knowledge of the legislative base: Knowledge of labor legislation and other acts containing the labor law of the Republic of Bulgaria; Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria on personal data; Knowledge of the legal specifics of obtaining a work permit for foreign citizens.
• General knowledge in the following areas: HR records management; HR processes; labor market, labor and educational services; business ethics.
• Foreign language speaker: Bulgarian (native or fluent), English (not lower than upper-intermediate), Russian (fluent).
• Management competencies: Excellent data interpreting analytical skills, organizational skills
communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to multitask; Conflict management
