Job Description

Our client is a global supplier of transport and logistics solutions and has presence in more than 70 countries all over the world. For its road freight forwarding division in Bulgaria they are currently looking for an ambitious professional to fill the position of a



- Defines, implements and develops sales strategies and takes responsibility for the execution of sales plans
- Prepares both annual and monthly sales budget and sets objectives according to the Company's business plan
- Promotes the company image on the market, delivers presentations and develops existing and new clients
- Keeps up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
- Analyses the sales process and sales policy effectiveness and suggests activities for improvement
- Overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business
- Setting forecasts and targets, mentoring, coaching and developing the sales team as well as individuals.


- University degree in Economics, Business development or other
- Substantial sales and management experience gained in the international road freight forwarding company
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills
- Strategic thinker – can draw up strategic plans and ensure implementation
- Capturing new sales
- Experienced user of MS office
- Fluent in English, oral as well as written.
