for internal and external communication within the Group
Coordination and responsibility for all activities related to internal and external corporate communications
Main focus of work in the areas of press and public relations, corporate publishing, PR for the company management, internal communication, employer branding, sustainability communication and social media
Further development of the communication strategy and development of creative communication concepts
Management of the corporate communication team with five employees
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communication
Expansion and maintenance of press contacts, organization of press events
Coordination and control of external agencies and service providers
The position covers a wide range of tasks:
trade, business and local press
management PR, external lectures / forums / events, sponsoring,
content channel responsibility for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
LinkedIn, XING, Kununu etc.
content for print and digital channels, image videos / images,
business equipment, language rules, company profile
employee communication via messages / intranet / employee
