Sales Co-ordinator

Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator professional who has extremely strong administration skills and knowledge of order processing. You will ideally have experience using the SAP system and will be able to manage the customer's order process from the purchase to the delivery.

Location: Weybridge
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

Key duties:

  • Processing orders via the SAP and CRM systems
  • Liaising with customers about the progress of their orders ensuring a professional manner
  • Resolve all ongoing issues in regards to deliveries or product availability, etc.
  • Meet all customers required timescales
  • Build a strong base of product knowledge
  • Support the sales team by negotiating prices
  • Promote the company products by stating benefits and features to help achieve company targets
  • Build and strengthen internal and external customer relationships

Key requirements:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Sales Order processing experience
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal


  • SAP experience
  • Experience of working within a technical business
