Sales Manager - Blockchain and Digital Assets

Job Description

You are a passionate about the impact technology has on the democratisation of finance and investments and will be excited by contributing to the success of a dynamic and vibrant company leading the revolution in capital markets in Europe with their blockchain and digital assets technology.

You will have

  • a business or technical degree,
  • a minimum 5 years’ business development experience selling complex software solutions to financial institutions, ideally blockchain-based
  • a proven track record in leading and winning RFI and RFP opportunities
  • a hunter mentality with a proven success record in closing deals and acquiring new clients
  • an established network within financial institutions and banks
  • self-motivation, dynamic personality, strong organisation skills
  • fluency in English, and a minimum of Germany or French.  Additional languages a plus

You will be responsible for 

  • defining and execute a detailed, agreed business plan with short and long term deliverables
  • managing diligently your pipeline with complete transparency to the management team.
  • identifying prospects and acquire new clients, and grow the revenue within each account
  • being a company champion at industry and client events – virtual and physical (pandemic permitting)
  • supporting the marketing team with campaigns and branding initiatives
  • providing updates on competitor activities and feedback on products and services from clients


Only applicants resident in Switzerland with a valid work permit or Swiss passport will be considered for this post. This position can be based anywhere within Switzerland
