Enterprise Account Executive – Business Development, Switzerland

If you are a dynamic enterprise account executive motivated to join likeminded individuals with the ability to define and execute a sales strategy within your defined territory to drive revenue growth and new logo acquisition then our client will be very interested in your profile.
- Develop a solid pipeline through proactively prospecting, identifying, and qualifying new enterprise clients directly.
- Meet and beat monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to drive growth
- Work closely with cross functional teams to build long term customer satisfaction
- A minimum 4 years business development experience in a competitive, SaaS solution industry sector within the Swiss ecosystem
- A demonstrated ability to sell complex enterprise technology solutions
- A proven track record of consistent sales target overachievement
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships to close sales and develop long term business relationships
- Sales Methodology training such as Challenger Sales, MEDDIC, Spin a major advantage
- A dynamic, energetic, driven character focused on continually beating expectations.
- Fast learning capabilities and are open to adopt new sales techniques, processes and methodologies and to master the complexities of the company’s solutions
- Fluency in English and at least one Swiss national language
- A residence in Switzerland with a valid work status
- An education to degree level
