Our client is one of the largest Food and Beverages companies in the Middle East. We are looking for a Director-Talent Development for our client. The Director-Talent Development will lead the Succession Planning , High potential development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Assessment, Learning and coaching processes etc. This role partners with and supports the SVP - HR , as well as HR and business leaders in the delivery of strategic talent initiatives across the business units.
A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, specifically with a mix of HRBP and Talent Development roles in Food Manufacturing Industry.
Provide guidance and influence at the highest levels of an organization.
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment and to collaborate across lines of business and functions.
