Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description

  • Plan & build an effective manpower plan along with HRBPs and Business heads
  • Develop strategic recruitment plans based on approved manpower plan to ensure that the staffing function can support continued business growth.
  • Monitor the execution of Recruitment Plan for each BU by position, profile, source market, timeline and budget etc.
  • Promote internal searches throughout the company to fill open positions as a preferred talent source.
  • Create strong talent pipelines for company’s current and future hiring needs.
  • Initiate and manage staffing programs including external sourcing, employee referral, advertising, open house, job fairs, campus roadshows and others that may be appropriate.
  • Manage special employment programs, temporary hiring and part-time hiring, and control the efficient utilization of surplus workforce as obtained from HRBPs
  • Employer branding - Develop and implement action plans to position the client as an Employer of Choice in the employment market, with emphasis on Social Media Recruiting, Print Media, E-recruitment sites, University roadshows and other attraction activities
  • Establish relationships with recruitment agencies, Ministry of HR, key universities and institutions to attract high potential talents
  • Conduct competency based interviews, personality assessments and background reference checks
  • Provide recruitment support for overseas business as required
  • Ensure that selection process is treated in utmost scrutiny based on the profile competency requirement
  • Ensure the required hiring documents; security clearance process are completed as per policy
  • Manage offer preparation, negotiation & issuance in coordination with C&B and HRBPs
  • Manage the onboarding process, including all administration related matters, making sure it is in line with established policy guidelines.
  • Project & adhere to annual recruitment budget
  • Provide monthly in-depth analysis on progress, market trends and challenges to the hiring managers and HRBPs.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct market/industry mapping of potential talent needs
  • Prepare monthly statistical and analytical reports to share with management & internal stakeholders the success indicators of recruitment activities.
