ü As a leader, you monitor and supervise your store performance. You supervise operations to maintain the good management of your store.
ü Responsible for your store, you optimize the results and the gross profit vs. the margin by category of brands (Selective/Company/Emerging and exclusive brands).
ü You take on the leadership and development role through effective total store communication, awareness of ethics, staff development, and implementation of selling priorities.
ü You take on the leadership role on animations and partner brands.
ü You are fully responsible for your team. Under the supervision of the Area Manager, you recruit, manage and develop your sales team with a permanent goal: focus your team around common objectives.
ü You are responsible for organising trainings with the Company trainer and the brands.
ü You maintain and preserve the brand image and respect of the Company concept.
ü Maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what is being practiced by local competitors.
ü You are responsible of the stock. You achieve the level stock according to the objectives of the company.
ü You are in charge of the appraisal process of your staff (MPP process and “les collegiales”).
ü You are the contact of the management of the mall and develop animations/events.
ü You work closely with the Category Management team of Company Middle East to ensure the sales and the promotional events.
ü You are the main and key contact with the brands. You can delegate some brands contacts to the store assistant.
