Our client is an Enterprise SaaS company providing visual business collaboration software for Risk Management, Major Projects, IT & Business Road Mapping and Innovation. As an interactive data visualisation platform, the product solution can help improve strategic portfolio management across the business and communication to leadership teams.
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who brings a unique skill set to our client’s organisation, combining technical expertise with an ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences. This role combines consultative selling, technical solution mapping, and client-facing relationship building.
Candidates must have exceptional communications skills (both verbal and written), ability to deliver presentations, self-starter and have SaaS software pre-sales experience.
You will be the Technical Subject Matter Expert.
You will work alongside Account Executives to support all qualified sales opportunities with demonstrations of software and capabilities, through to close.
Drive technical discussions and product presentations with prospects and customers.
Coordinate in-depth product demos encompassing the more technical aspects of our client’s solution offering, including integrations with other enterprise technologies.
Manage technical sales cycle for prospects: responses to information/proposal requests uncovering technical needs, managing milestones and issues, answering security and implementation questions.
Collaborate with sales team.
Travel as necessary.
3-5 years in technical pre-sales.
Experience leveraging a challenger sales approach.
Experience in a customer facing role.
Experience demonstrating software to senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, both customer-facing and internal.
Prosci training/certification, change management experience is desirable - this role will also interact with customers to drive adoption, engagement, and solicit product feedback to help secure renewals.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
