Customer Care Coordinator (f/m)


The client is the leading independent provider of after-sales-services in the document capture market in EMEA. With Field Service Engineers in 20 countries and a central repair workshop, services are offered across EMEA. More than 100’000 devices from different manufacturers are under maintenance of the client


The position is based in the office in Houten (NL).


Your tasks:

 Take care of all customer requests to qualify and coordinate human, technical in compliance with contractual obligations

 Entering the information into our database system (CRM-system)

 Monitor service commands and organize the services with the client and technical team

 Organize and manage the schedule for all technical assistance in connection with the client

 Develop business by offering quotes technical intervention, consumables and services, while ensuring achieve maximum conversion rate

Our requirements:

 You have already gained two to three years relevant job experience in a customer oriented department in an international environment

 Strong communication skills as well as service- and team-oriented

 Experience in dealing with ERP-systems and knowledge of Microsoft AX are an advantage

Dutch is your mother tongue and you have an excellent command of the English language (in speaking and writing), any additional language is advantageous
