To maintain the pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, equipment and support systems across the Wrexham site in compliance with site procedures, cGMP, SHE, 5S Area Ownership and the application of Lean Six Sigma techniques.
Desirable requirements for the position
Ø Pharmaceutical experience and understanding of GxP practices.
Ø Experience in working in a highly regulated industry.
Ø Experience of maintaining and or testing of Auotclaves, Freeze Driers, pure water and steam systems.
Ø Experience of setting and maintaining continuous process equipment.
Ø Experience in the test methods for cleanroom filters and air handling systems.
Ø Working knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing techniques. This role will be working an annualised 'flexible' working pattern which will include working weekends and potentially being called out. Essential requirement for the position
Ø The job holder plays a key role in the delivering the Engineering Maintenance targets, both as an individual in the Job Holders area of expertise and a member of the maintenance team.
Ø Establish good working relationships and communications with equipment owners to be able to be able to respond to changing requirements and provide a high level of customer service.
Ø All Engineering documentation completed by the Job Holder requires to be inspection ready at all times.
Ø Educated to HNC/HND.
Ø Hands on Technical expertise.
Ø Multi skilled Mechanical/Instrumentation or Mechanical/Electrical.
Ø Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
Ø Self-motivated, conscientious with the ability to communicate effectively and work either unsupervised or as part of a team.
