Typical Focus Areas:
Johan Roxs held various Supply Chain management positions within a range of different markets. During this time he developed a strong view on how customer journey’s and customer satisfaction could be combined with efficient production planning and a high delivery performance. Some companies he worked for: G4S, Papyrus, Iron Mountain.
In 2010 he started as an entrepreneur to put forward just this particular view he developed. In 2011 he joined UC Group, a Dutch consultancy firm specialized in Logistics, manufacturing and retail. He completed successful interim management assignments in different areas: Post NL, Harlan Laboratories, AkzoNobel, V&D, Royal Euroma (herbs and spices), Edco Eindhoven (retail wholesale), Irish Distillers (Dublin, food), Chivas Brothers (Glasgow, food) and others.
He grew out to become a board advisor for strategic Supply Chain and Production in Logistics, manufacturing (FMCG, Food and Chemicals) and Retail wholesale.
In 2015 he became business unit director for UC Group and was responsible for operations, which included the recruitment of UC Group consultants, and business development. He has built a strong network in his business throughout Western Europe. His experience enables him to fully understand the strategy and operational needs of companies in Supply Chain and Logistics.
Johan has successfully completed a bachelor study in Commercial Economics and International Trade and has got APICS CSCP. Additional he has a propaedeutic degree in business administration.
Johan speaks fluent English in addition to his native Dutch. He also has a moderate + practice of French.
