Job Responsibilities Marketing • Translation of global marketing and communication priorities into regional marketing plan, including all relevant communication channels and disciplines • Bi-lateral focus on brand building initiatives and sales-supporting tactical marketing • Cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Product & Pricing, After Sales, to leverage synergies and ensure effective and efficient investment of resources • Budget and topic planning for upcoming business year • Review of annual marketing plans, calendars and budget allocation Agency Network Management • Negotiation of annual retainer contracts, service fees and rate cards together with Procurement • Performance evaluations against set targets • Creating synergies between different partner agencies to increase effectiveness and efficiencies Below-the-Line Marketing • Design and execution of brand marketing initiatives to support the brand and its sub-brands. • Connecting with respective target groups through premium consumer experience events • Custodian of sponsorship process including selection of appropriate external platforms for cross-collaborations • Responsible for CSR initiatives from selection to final execution Market Intelligence • Manage all market, business and consumer intelligence programs through internal and external sources • Analyze and prepare market intelligence reports found data as relevant information for other departments EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING • Advanced Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field, • Extensive Marketing Experience, • Computer Proficiency, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability • Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, People Management, Leadership, Organisation, Planning, Multi-Tasking, Budgeting, Research, Analysis • Strong project management skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple projects, meet deliverable dates, prioritize and organize effectively • Strong attention to detail, highly organized • Proven ability to be highly organized and effective in handling multiple detail-oriented projects in a fast-paced environment • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create basic content and edit the work of others • Ability to use excellent judgment, handle confidential materials and display a professional demeanor • Ability to change priorities and respond quickly during urgent situations, while remaining calm, focused, professional and effective • Strong verbal/written communication skills with strong attention to detail • Strong collaboration, communication and an ability to influence cross-functional groups along with the ability to thrive in an environment of constant change • Strong project management skills, detail orientated and highly organized
