Who are we looking for: • Individuals who are graduates or hold a master’s degree from Commerce or from related fields. • Individuals who have a minimum 3 years to 5 years of experience. • Should be updated on the current happenings in Finance and Accountancy sectors. • Preferably individuals who are currently in insurance sales, finance software sales, commercial loan executives, financial services sales What will this individual be doing? • New Client Acquisition: o Researching and building client database o Speaking with clients and selling Antal o Recommending appropriate recruitment solutions o Negotiating with clients on Terms of business • Mining from existing accounts: o Maintaining cordial with existing accounts o Focusing on getting repeat business o Negotiating on better terms • Educating new hires with discipline knowledge and help them assess the roles given and the right candidate during their initial days. • Propose a Business Plan to your reporting manager and your roadway to achieve it. • Get engaged in Social Media Activities to attract talent to your line of business. • Stay abreast of competition, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business. • Develop and maintain an effective network to track systems for exceptional talents in your niche. • Prepare periodic progress reports (Quarterly) to the Reporting Manager and monitor performance to ensure target achievement • Adhering to the operational KPIs and being a consistent performer • Achieving monthly revenue targets. ***The duties will not be restricted to the ones mentioned above.
