Job duties
Design the strategy of the organization
Implement the re-engineering process from vertical structure to horizontal through key department such as Marketing, Sales, IT, Human Resource,
Design the horizontal workflow through different departments
Work around the key processes toward customer satisfaction Coordinate cross functional departments (Marketing, Sales, IT, Human Resource)
Design new internal processes
Implement digital transformation through new systems or software development
Design the development of the new product and services
Transform the organization to a learning environment where scarce resources are deployed around product line
Evaluate the organization key metric toward customer’s satisfaction, employee’s satisfaction and development
Create a great work professional environment
Implement matrix structure around processes and products
Create a recognition environment where best employees are awarded
Drive the strategic planning process
Implement the leadership transformational inside the organization
Required qualifications.
10 years of experience in the banking sector at the executive level , solid background on Information technology, financial technologies, digital product development, working in a multicultural environment. demonstrated strong leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related social sciences, a MBA is an advantage.
