Our consultants are given full responsibility for both the client and the candidate relationships and we believe by giving 360 degree responsibility to the managing consultant the client receives the best possible service and consultancy.

Our Client Role Purpose: Our Client is a multinational industrial Company with over 16’000Employees, looking now to expand its local recruitment activities, in Romania. The Recruitment Country Director is being responsible of all activities regarding personnel recruitment, personnel branding, for Our Client Romanian plants, consisting of several production entities, development and competence centers. Will be subordinated to the CEE Regional HR Director and will have to manages the Recruitment teams of 5-6 mid-managers / recruiters spread across the Client activity in Romania.
