Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing requisitions from managers of each division of the company for shipment of equipment, checking and drawing up requisitions for shipment of equipment, checking commercial and shipping documentation, constant communication with personnel of involved warehouses;
• Receiving and processing complaints when they arise: delivery of wrong articles, substandard equipment, etc. Claims documenting;
• Drawing up requisitions for the shipment of equipment;
• Creation of orders to the supplier in 1C on the basis of orders to the client.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Excel;
• Experience in 1C, Sales;
• Ability to do in 1C: the formation of an order for shipment, creating UDP and primary documents, setting counterparty, contract, implementation, putting a new nomenclature;
• Minimum knowledge of warehouse logistics will be an advantage, but is not a requirement.

• Temporary project: for 2 months;
• Office: m. Kievskaya, walking distance;
• Salary level: 45.000 t.r;
• Schedule: Mon - Thu from 9:00 to 18:00, Fri from 9:00 to 16:45
