About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead and expand our sales operations across key regions. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals experienced in interventional cardiology and vascular devices, who can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to drive business growth.
As an ABM, you will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between hospitals, distributors, and internal teams. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge cardiovascular products and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership:

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Execute territory sales plans and identify new business opportunities.
2. Relationship Management:
-
Build and sustain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), cardiologists, and hospital procurement teams.

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Customer Communication & Reporting:
-
Provide regular sales updates, market insights, and feedback to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.
4. Revenue Flow & Collection:
-
Ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and efficient collection processes.

Maintain transparent communication with distributors and internal finance teams.
5. Operations & Coordination:
-
Coordinate with hospitals and distributors for inventory, invoicing, and product supply.

Ensure compliance with company policies and medical regulations.
Candidate Profile
-
Bachelor’s degree in Science (English medium mandatory).

6–7 years of experience in Cardiovascular / Interventional Cardiology devices such as:
-
Drug Eluting Stents (DES), Bare Metal Stents (BMS), PTCA Balloons,
-
Guiding & Diagnostic Catheters, Microcatheters, Access Tools,
-
Transcatheter Heart Valves, Peripheral Vascular Devices, and Vascular Accessories.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of leading field teams effectively.
