What to do:
- Manage customer accounts
- Carry out regular client meetings
- Monitor the performance of client companies and propose timely solutions to improve product development dynamics
- Create remarketing strategies based on data analysis and own experience
- Monitor margins and other metrics
- Oversee timely payment of services
Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years experience as an Account Manager in the online advertising industry
- Interest in digital marketing/e-commerce;
- Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
- Excellent Soft-Skills, in both English and Russian languages
