Within the newly created Key Accounts, you will be responsible to lead customer engagement, evaluate business opportunities and secure target order intake for your product line(s). In addition, you will be responsible to evaluate market and technology trends and competitor’s advancements at your customer, and work closely with the product management teams to ensure that they create and maintain a differentiated value propositions to support they success and growth.
Main tasks:
- Create, nurture relationships at customers
- Be responsible for the growth of the account for a given product line(s)
- Secure the account’s current and future profitability and cash performance through negotiation with customers on current and future businesses (programs)
The candidate :

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Business, or related field.

3+ years experience in business development, selling new technology to new customers.

Language skills: English - a must, German: a must.

Track record in business development and building strong relationship with customers as well as selling technology / complex products to customers.

Proven and successful commercial experience in automotive industry dealing with an engineered product.

Leadership skills / Comfortable dealing with customers at all levels throughout their organizational structure.

Distinct communicative skills / Analytical thinking / Ability to make decisions / Team-orientated.

Cross-functional Team experience. Proven track record within an Asian company a plus.
