Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate support for reporting of monthly financial statements to HQ Russian Legal entity
• Process the local payments and ensure the process is in line with the latest policies regarding payments
• Monitor the local Vendor master file
• Day-to-day functional responsibility for accounting/tax areas such as general ledger management (expenses), accounts payable and other
• Aware of changes in local tax, e-invoicing, accounting regulations and labor issue updates and existing processes and procedures accordingly
• Support and liaison with internal and external auditors and tax authorities. Supports in the representation at social security office and other public organizations
• Support the Finance manager of monthly, quarterly and annual statutory tax declarations, returns and statements, Month-end closure support on appropriate areas (including reconciliations)
• Work closely with Compliance officer to keep company compliant within internal Compliance program and external requirements

Experience:

• +2 years’ experience working within a Finance team within Country
• Knowledge of local accounting procedures and country legislation
• Good Communicator
• Good Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Ability to solve problems and find solutions

Desirable:

• Working in medical device industry with knowledge of Business Acumen
• ERP (Oracle, MFG Pro, 1С preferred)
