Your main tasks will be managing, controlling and executing the Accounting & Finance, IT, HR and office administration functions for a small Moscow branch of an international company.

Responsibilities:

- Accounting operations management, to be a Chief Accountant for a Russian legal entity;

- Financial reporting to HQ, interaction with the parent company;

- Budgeting, financial planning & analysis;

- Ensure effective internal control, interaction with external auditors;

- Suppliers relationship management (IT, landlords, office maintenance, etc.);

- HR operations management (HR admin & payroll).

Requirements:

- Higher degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration;

- CPA / CIMA / ACCA qualification is a plus;

- Knowledge of Russian accounting standards &, taxation, IFRS

- 5+ years Chief Accountant experience with an international company, previous experience in CPA firm is a plus;

- Fluent English is a must;

- Advanced MSOffice user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with modern accounting & ERP applications;

- Multitasking, good team-player, open, customer-focused, initiative, attentive to details, logical thinking;

- Business acumen and Business partnership mindset.
