Job Details:
- Execute proper time management for all tasks including disseminating emails and voicemails
- Research and submit charge-off disputes through the Stripe platform.
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in completed work is maintained by performing internal quality checks.
- Exhibit professional behaviour and promote positive working relationships.
- Assists with facilitating team meetings and disseminate meeting notes
- Complete the Account Recovery teams ticketing queues maintaining outlined SLAs such as stop deduction, payment research, email address update tickets, backup card removal and refund request
- Sort, filter disseminate and disseminate reports for the team.
- Maintain and enter deceased notification confirmation
- Fix returned mail addresses and send AR checks to the lockbox address
- Compile monthly debt sales media files
- Complete special projects
- Distribute inbound and outbound calls to collectors as a clicker through the dialer
- Prepare refund checks and letters for the Bankruptcy team
- Handle all Trustee checks
- Provide any additional support as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 3-4 years of Customer Service/ Collections/ Contact Center experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting/problem-solving skills and experience.
- Works well under pressure with the ability to effectively prioritize competing priorities to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Oracle applications.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, production-driven environment with an emphasis on accuracy, details, and service levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and act as a change agent during times of change
- Willingness to learn and receive new information
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
