Scrum Master / Agile Master
Your tasks
As an Agile Master / Scrum Master (m / f / d) you will work with two teams on an innovative sustainable project.
You develop hydrogen systems for the commercial vehicles of the future.
You will convey the agile values and principles to the newly established teams and continuously develop both the teams and the tools used.
Your repertoire of agile methods is not limited to Scrum.
You create a productive environment characterized by a sense of responsibility, in which the demands on performance and the achievement of goals are the lived standard for the teams.
The coordination of regular appointments (such as sprint reviews, refinements, retrospectives and daily stand-ups) is just as much a part of your area of responsibility as supporting the product owner in prioritizing and planning work content, internal and external communication and effective collaboration.
This includes resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles.

You have successfully completed your studies in the MINT area and have several years of professional experience in product development.
Experience in the fields of vehicle technology, vehicle components and electronic control units is an advantage.
You have acquired your wide range of agile methods and tools in a recognized training course to become a Scrum Master and have tested and expanded them in practical application over several years.
We require very good written and spoken German and English skills.
You live the agile values, have a confident demeanor, outstanding organizational skills and excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
The willingness to take regular nationwide business trips rounds off your profile.
