Job Responsibilities:

- Engage with various community groups involved in the project.

- Organize training sessions on agricultural practices including soil fertilization, seed processing, crop protection, production cycles, value chains, ecosystem development, credit access, and cooperative farming organization.

- Verify the availability of key resources for activity execution (trainers, budget, event management).

- Promote the resilience of local agricultural communities and encourage sharing of experiences and successful practices.

- Provide communities with essential agricultural materials.

- Gather, analyze, and interpret project data.

- Compile reports and review them with the project coordination team.

- Aid in project design to enhance beneficiary impact.

- Commit to aligning project indicators with social and community impact goals.

- Understand agricultural value chains, market structures, product marketing, pricing, and support from financial institutions.

Required Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience as an Agricultural Specialist.

- University degree in Agronomy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Open to new ideas.

- Collaborative team member.

- Capable of fostering an environment where colleagues can freely share ideas.

- Able to instill a sense of urgency in daily tasks with various team members.
