Overview:

We are looking for an AI Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team of AI/ML engineers in building and deploying production-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical prowess with strategic insight, ensuring the delivery of AI products that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of AI engineers and developers.

• Oversee the end-to-end development of AI products, from conception to deployment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.

• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI systems.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in AI/ML lifecycle management.

• Strong background in machine learning or software engineering.

• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker).

• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S. in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience leading AI teams in startups or digital transformation initiatives.

• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in a remote environment.
