Responsibilities
As an AI IDE Technology Expert, you will be at the forefront of innovation in the software development space, focusing on intelligent development tools and AI-assisted engineering. Your key responsibilities include:

Drive Innovation in IDEs: Lead the research and development of advanced frameworks and innovative technologies for software IDEs (Integrated Development Environments), enhancing developer productivity and experience.

Shape Next-Generation Development Tools: Design and develop intelligent, multimodal, and distributed development experiences, contributing to the evolution of AI-powered software engineering (AI4SE).

AI-Assisted Software Engineering: Explore and solve cutting-edge challenges in AI-assisted software development, including code generation, intelligent recommendations, and semantic understanding.

Productization of Research: Translate research breakthroughs into practical, scalable products that enhance the developer ecosystem.

Industry Collaboration: Collaborate with top universities, research labs, and industry partners on joint research initiatives, trend analysis, and technical solution design.

Technical Leadership: Participate in defining technical roadmaps, architecture design, and contribute to the organization's core technical competitiveness in intelligent development tools.
Requirements

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Significant experience in software engineering, particularly in the design and development of well-known software toolchains (e.g., IDEs, coding assistants, AI developer tools).

Hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and big data applications, preferably with direct contributions to AI-assisted development tools.

Track record of delivering innovative technologies into commercial products or developer ecosystems.

Experience in technical leadership or management of large engineering teams is an advantage.

Deep understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, semantic understanding, data mining, and recommendation systems.

Proficiency in developing complex software systems, IDE frameworks, or AI-powered coding tools.

Familiarity with AI-driven code generation and the integration of large language models into development workflows.

Strong capability for technological innovation and problem-solving in the AI and software engineering space.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Strong execution skills to drive ideas from concept through to implementation.

Proficiency in English is required.

Experience collaborating with global teams or international research institutions is highly valued.
