Responsibilities:

• Advice on planning, selecting and purchasing equipment, taking into account internal standards and user specific requirements; Execution of training of accepted technologies/ processes;
• Creating work instructions according to standards; Offers support for actual projects with focus on KPI indicatives, scrap ratio, productivity;
• Continuous improvements for actual projects with long term,( root cause analysis, Program optimization) and short term (monitoring of daily results) actions; Participate in process / product FMEA;
• Coordinate and carry out initial sampling, make sample parts; Coordinate optimizations and subsequent pay-offs; Document and specify manufacturing parameters and processing  windows;
• Carry out other activities within the scope of Simultaneous Engineering Process (SEP) which serve to prepare for series production;
• Transfer tools to series production. All activities that are required to maintain a problem-free process; Process evaluating activities in the acquisition project.  

Requirements:

• Technical studies (technician, bachelor`s or master`s degree);

• Experience in a similar position in the area of serial production: AOI process; IPC - 610A knowledge; knowledge of Viscom/Koh Young;
• Good knowledge of MS Office package;
• Intermediate knowledge of English - must;
• Analytical skills, ability to work in a team and communication skills;
• Willingness for business trips including sojourns abroad (no long-term stays abroad).
