Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interact with subject matter experts. Together with the team, analyze incoming requirements from the point of view of technical implementation and design;
- Decide on ways to implement the requirements, taking into account the pros and cons of possible implementations;
- Interact with the development team, justifying and arguing the architectural decisions made;
- Control the quality of the final implementation and development process;
- Manage (own) artifacts related to product architecture (HLD, specifications, requirements);
- Participate in the development of design documents;
- Conduct architectural oversight and solve technical problems.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as an architect/development team leader/lead of direction;
- Experience with MIS (Medical Information Systems) will be an advantage;
- Ability to find a common language with stakeholders without technical background, ability to present their opinion in an understandable language;
- The ability to find a common language with the development team and reasonably defend their decisions;
- Experience in data analysis and modeling;
- Customer orientation, adequate choice of technical implementation for business needs;
- Knowledge and understanding of OOP principles, patterns, understanding the relevance of their application;
- Knowledge of current stack: Net Core3.1, C# 8.0, Kafka, PostgreSql, Redis, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticksearch + Kibana, Docker, K8s, GitlabSure knowledge and experience with DBMS (MSSQL, PostgreSql), T-SQL knowledge;
- Experience in developing web applications and web services (RESTful, microservices approach);
- Experience with GITt, JIRA, Confluence; and implementation of standards for medical data transfer - fhir and Common Data Models (OMOP, PCORNET, i2b2, sentine);
- English proficiency (written and verbal) will be your advantage.
