KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ownership to drive performance and profitability in the assigned clinics.
• Focus on enabling the team to deliver on excellent service delivery to the clients strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
• Drive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and drive business opportunities towards building a sustainable business in the assigned territory.
• Commercial / Business inclination and a KPI driven mind.
• Excellent data management skills and deriving trends/patterns out of the same.
• Open to rigorous travel across the territory assigned and provide timely support / feedback to the team.
• Motivate the team, build trust and lead from the front.
• Foster innovation and strong ability to drive execution and meet the assigned results.
• Act as a bridge between respective team and other functions for smooth clinical operations.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / Qualification in Audiology (BASLP /MASLP) or MBA (Sales and Marketing).
•  Strong business skills and analytical ability
• Good Communication Skills.
